(now BASF).\u00a0 He began his career in sales in Nebraska, followed by product \/ marketing management posts on PURSUIT and PROWL herbicides in the US Crop Protection Chemical Group for 7 years.\u00a0 Thereafter, Pritchard moved onto the Latin American Group as Director of Marketing and Business Development, eventually taking over regional, executive leadership positions \u2013 first in Mexico (President - L.A. North) and then in Argentina (President - L.A. South).\u00a0 Upon returning to the US in December 2000, Pritchard went to work as the President\/GM of United Phosphorus Ltd.
