He began his career at Monsanto and held key roles at Oil-Dri Corporation before spending nearly 20 years at Aceto Agricultural Chemical, where he served as President. There, he led over $20 million in EPA registrations, managed global sourcing from China and India, oversaw international sales operations, and successfully guided the company through an $80 million private equity sale.
