Board Advisor, Accumont
Sebastian started his business career in crop protection with Bayer in 1986. He worked with the company both in operational and strategic roles spending a number of years in Asia and Southern Europe.
In 2008 he joined BASF and took on the responsibility for the portfolio development in speciality crops for EMEA and CIS. During this period, he was also responsible for the bio-control product range and was closely involved in the M&A and integration of bio-control products and companies into the BASF portfolio.
In 2021 Sebastian joined Accumont as a partner and board advisor. He leads Accumont’s associate network and is closely involved in supporting start-ups, investors and industry to achieve their innovation goals.
