Terms and Conditions

• A badge is required to enter Trade Summit.
• Badges will be issued at check-in. You must pick up your badge in person.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge.
• There is a $500 fee to reissue (or reprint) a lost or stolen badge, no exceptions.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Voicemails will not be accepted. Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is received by 3 July 2026. No refunds will be issued beginning 4 July 2026. Registrants who paid via wire transfer will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee.
• Substitutions can be made at any time with written notice from the registered delegate. Substitutions cannot be made after a badge has been printed.
• Photographs, videos and audio recordings taken during Trade Summit can used by Trade Summit and the Media for promotional purposes, and the registrant(s), by attending, acknowledges and permits the use and/or publication of these photos, videos and recordings.
• Attendance at the Event is completely voluntary and at the delegate’s own risk.
• By registering, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions and any further rules and regulations issued prior to, or at, the Event.
