Terms and Conditions

• A badge is required to enter Trade Summit.
• Badges will be issued at check-in. You must pick up your badge in person.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge.
• There is a $500 fee to reissue (or reprint) a lost or stolen badge, no exceptions.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Voicemails will not be accepted. Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is received by 11 July 2025. No refunds will be issued beginning 12 July 2025. Registrants who paid via wire transfer will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee.
• Substitutions can be made at any time with written notice from the registered delegate. Substitutions cannot be made after a badge has been printed.
• Photographs, videos and audio recordings taken during Trade Summit can used by Trade Summit and the Media for promotional purposes, and the registrant(s), by attending, acknowledges and permits the use and/or publication of these photos, videos and recordings.
• Attendance at the Event is completely voluntary and at the delegate’s own risk.
• By registering, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions and any further rules and regulations issued prior to, or at, the Event.
