In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer for ProAgInvest, Trogele is also an independent board director, investor, and entrepreneur in global agribusiness. Having enjoyed a 35-plus-year career in agribusiness working for AMVAC, Hoechst, Aventis, and Bayer, as well as Schering and FMC.
He has a comprehensive working experience and a deep knowledge in Europe, Asia and the Americas at all levels of the Agribusiness (chemical, nutrient, seed, biorationals and precision agriculture). In addition, he has performed at the country, regional and corporate general management level. Further, Dr. Trogele has been an Adjunct Professor at the Berlin School of Economics & Law for 23 years, educating MBA’s as future leaders in global business and society.
Trogele participa como miembro del consejo asesor de la Cumbre Mundial de Comercio Agroindustrial. Anteriormente, fue miembro de la junta ejecutiva de CLA, RISE, ARA y asociaciones del sector en Alemania, Dinamarca e Irlanda. Además de ser un ejecutivo de gran trayectoria, Trogele también ha sido dos veces olímpico de baloncesto y ha disputado 126 partidos internacionales con Alemania.
