Neil brings over 40 years of experience across the value-chain of the crop protection industry for agrichemicals and biologicals in the crop and non-crop sectors in the US and internationally. He has specific expertise in business strategy, portfolio expansion, business development, product development, commercial development, channel & market access, marketing communications, and project management. During his career he held numerous leadership positions with FMC Corporation and American Vanguard Corporation with a proven history of successfully developing and launching over fifty new product innovations with commercial results. He has served as an Ag Industry Expert in consulting with the Context Network, Kearney, and his own company Neil DeStefano Consulting LLC. Neil holds a double major BS in plant/sciences and natural resource management from the University of Maine with post-graduate studies and certifications in business management from Drexel University, University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business, Harvard, University of Chicago, and The Center for Creative Leadership.
