Jeff serves in dual roles as both the head of international corporate development, responsible for Maxunitech’s growth strategy in international markets, as well as the head of international legal, where he advises Maxunitech’s management and staff on all legal aspects of Maxunitech’s international operations.
Jeff has extensive experience spanning the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, with specific focus on cross-border transactions and complex regulatory markets. Prior to joining Maxunitech, Jeff was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at a large corporate law firm in New York.
Jeff has his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
