Co-Lead at Ipsos Business Consulting’s Center of Excellence for Commercial Drone Technology Adoption

As Consulting Manager with Ipsos Business Consulting in Hong Kong, Jessica is responsible for leading engagements with state-owned enterprises, private corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations across Greater China and Southeast Asia in growth strategy, competitive intelligence, operational restructuring, and IPO listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

With her background in technological diffusion’s impact on productivity growth, Jessica co-leads the Ipsos Business Consulting’s Center of Excellence for Commercial Drone Technology Adoption, developing frontier market intelligence for drone adoption strategies across industries. Jessica has authored two publications on agriculture drone adoption; Commercial Drone Adoption in Agribusiness – Disruption and Opportunities in Asia (2017), and China’s Agriculture Drone Revolution: Disruption in the Agriculture Ecosystem (2019) in partnership with DJI Agriculture.

She has been invited to speak at international conferences and in-house strategy workshops for agribusiness and drone companies, covering topics such as commercial drone regulations, market entry, growth strategy, and competitive intelligence. Notable speaking engagements include; International Bar Association’s Annual Conference 2017, Germany’s Agritechnica Futures Forum, Unmanned Systems Asia 2019, and Grow Asia’s Digital Learning Series Workshop.

Jessica holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Clark University, and she has completed EMBA courses in innovation, competitive strategy and growth strategy. She is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honours Society for Economics, and The Women’s Foundation of Hong Kong’s Women Leaders Programme.
